How does GOCEMS detect an exceedance?
Each stack and parameter has a configured threshold and averaging window. When a validated average crosses the limit, an alert goes out with the facility, the stack and the period already attached.
What does an audit-ready record include?
The measurement, the limit that applied, the averaging period, instrument calibration state, data availability, and the exceedance history. Signed reports are generated from that same series.
