GOCEMS — the Ghana Online Continuous Emissions Monitoring System — is delivered through a partnership with ECHT Environmental Services Ltd. This notice covers personal information collected through the public website and contact forms, not the operational monitoring platform used inside a facility.
When you request a demo or write to the team, we may collect your name, work email, organisation, interest (for example industrial onboarding or research access), and the message you send. Server logs may record technical details such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and site reliability.
We use contact details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form data for unrelated marketing lists.
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and for ordinary business and audit needs, then removed or archived according to internal retention practice.
